Download Mappin Manager for Windows
Download the current Windows package, extract it, and run the included installer. The installer creates the Mappin Manager shortcut used from then on.

How access works
A Workspace ID identifies a workspace, but it does not by itself grant Manager access. Each workspace owner authorises a Manager installation through the workspace-specific approval flow.
Once a workspace-specific approval code has been redeemed successfully, that Manager installation retains access to that workspace unless the access is later removed.
Multi-Workspace Manager: a Manager installation may hold several workspaces, but each workspace still grants permission separately.
