Easy to install. Deliberate to authorise.
Manager does not gain access to a workspace simply because it knows the Workspace ID. Access is approved from Mappin Mobile first.
Download & installSave the Mappin Manager Setup EXE to the Windows computer, run Setup and use the created shortcut.
Approve Manager accessFrom Mappin Mobile, generate a one time Manager Workspace Access Code for the workspace you want to authorise.
Connect the workspaceRedeem the access code in Manager Access, then connect using the workspace's 8 character Workspace ID.
Windows security notice: while the current installer remains unsigned, Microsoft SmartScreen or the browser may show a reputation warning. Only install the file obtained directly from the official Mappin website.
Access stays deliberate
Single, Multi-Workspace and Master access determine Manager capability, while each ordinary workspace remains separately authorised unless Master access applies.
